    Sir,
    In que no 5,
    Although Black soil is traditionally bieng used for the cultivation of cotton but Taking productivity as single parameter (keeping climate, water availability as constant) it is ALLUVIAL soil which is best for cotton production.
    Per hectare production of Cotton will be more in aluvial soil as compared to black soil provided other conditions remain same.
    Sir I will highly appreciate any refrences in support of your answer.

    Jodhpur and Jaipur both the cities dont found in torrid zones, they lies in North temprate zones.
    Torrid zone lies between tropic of Cancer in north and Tropic of Capricorn in south.

    hey in.ques no. 8 both jaipur and jodhpur is above tropical line and doesnot comes under torrid zone.
