In que no 5,
Although Black soil is traditionally bieng used for the cultivation of cotton but Taking productivity as single parameter (keeping climate, water availability as constant) it is ALLUVIAL soil which is best for cotton production.
Per hectare production of Cotton will be more in aluvial soil as compared to black soil provided other conditions remain same.
Sir I will highly appreciate any refrences in support of your answer.

Torrid zone lies between tropic of Cancer in north and Tropic of Capricorn in south.
