Order of the Chrysanthemum is Japan’s highest and most exclusive order, established in 1877 by the Meiji emperor. Union cabinet has renamed Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission as Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT).
