regarding dharamchakra- sir with due respect i want to say that the chakra in indian flag is ashok chakra not dharamchakra. Dharamchakra is a chakra representing a symbol for buddhism with 8 or more spokes.

The Ashoka Chakra is a depiction of the Dharmachakra, the Wheel of Dharma (Sanskrit: Chakra means wheel). The wheel has 24 spokes. It also symbolizes the teachings of the Buddha, which is depicted as Dhamma Chakra.
