    I have doubt in the first question. Money bill can originate only in Lok Sabha not in legislative assembly. Correct me if I am wrong. These questions are like gems.

    Hey,

    as in Q.3,

    How can parliament of india make laws regarding state list?? I am not even sure about concurrent list… parliament have to consult state legislatures… right.. ??

    Please review your answer to 1st quesion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Money_bill#India page says only Lok and Rajya sabha is involved . Who is correct?

      That is correct. But the Money Bill related to state Governments such as Rajasthan, UP and Haryana, originate in Legislative assemblies. So given answer is correct.

    Q5. The minister is individually responsible to the president according to the article 75(2) and collectively responsible to the House of People according to article 75(3). The answer would be president, as the minister holds the office during the pleasure of the president. Thanks

    if the dispute arise b/w union and state on any subject on which both union and state doesn’t agree, then parl can make the law on concerned sub and which is abide by both union and state.
