    sir,

    the BIPA has been signed with 82 countries and 71 countries it is effective. and 71st country is bangladesh. this is the updated version. and one more point is 69th country to make bipa effective is not sudan but it is mozambique. i hav checked with website of finance ministry http://www.finmin.nic.in
