    Yes, Likeminded countries are 17, but friends, Like-Minded Megadiverse Countries, was formed in Mexico in 2002 which was a result of Cancún initiative. The 18 members are Bolivia Brazil China Colombia Costa Rica Democratic Republic of the Congo Ecuador India Indonesia Kenya Madagascar Malaysia Mexico Nepal Peru
