    Sir, the very first question says that Dalits include SC and ST. But Punjab is no Tribal Area. Dalit includes only SC and not ST.

    the highest populous state in india is uttar pradesh so obviously highest population of dalit will be residing in uttarpradesh itself.so i think uttar pradesh will be the correct answer
