To mark the 20th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s status of permanent neutrality, the International conference on policy of neutrality has been hosted by Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The importance of this conference is to highlight the neutrality of Turkmenistan for strengthening peace and security with a high quality of life. From Indian side, Vice-President Mr. Hamid Ansari has attended the conference.
