Kiran Pahal Wins Gold in 4x400m Relay

Kiran Pahal won the women’s 4x400m relay gold medal for India at the Asian Games 2026 with M.R. Poovamma, Prachi Choudhary, and Vithya Ramraj. The Indian team clocked 3:29.69 at the Nagoya City Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on 29 September 2026.
