But she resigned within hours of taking the job, after her budget was rejected in favour of one proposed by the opposition. Now Magdalena Andersson has been reappointed Prime Minister of the country.

Indian tennis player Ramkumar Ramanathan won his maiden Challenger level singles title, in the final clash of the ATP80 Manama event.
The 27-year-old Ramkumar, seeded sixth and ranked 222 in the world, beat his Russian rival 6-1 6-4 in 68 minutes. The Indian player had lost six Challenger finals in his career before.

Hanukkah, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a Jewish festival celebrating the Jewish victory over a tyrant king, the rededication of the Second Temple at the beginning of the Maccabean revolt against the Seleucid Empire in the 2nd century BCE.
The eight-day Jewish celebration of Hanukkah is being held across the UAE between Sunday, November 28 and December 5, for a second year in a row after the Abraham Accords.

National Cadet Corps (NCC)  is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces with its headquarters in New Delhi, India.
NCC is the largest uniformed youth organisation in the world. It recently observed its 73rd anniversary of its raising on November 28. NCC is open to school and college students on a voluntary basis as a ‘tri-services organisation’, comprising the army, the naval, and the air wings.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently announced the implementation of a police commissionerate system in Bhopal and Indore.
The Chief Minister cited growing population and geographical expansion of the two cities and the administrative and law & order problems. Under this structure, the District Magistrate -DM is entrusted with issuing arrest warrants, licenses while the Superintendent of Police (SP) has powers and responsibilities to investigate crime and make arrests.
