    Is answer to question no.5 correct?Preamble indicates the basic structure of the constitution and the basic structure of the constitution cannot be changed..

    Basic Structure can not be changed but Preamble is subject to amendments.

    It was SR Bommai Case. Yes, kesavanand Bharti case, the same thing was reiterated by Honorable Supreme Court.
