India Wins Maiden Asian Games Gold in Women’s Recurve Archery

India won its maiden Asian Games gold medal in the women’s recurve archery team event on 2 October 2026 at the Asian Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. The Indian team of Ankita Bhakat, Kirti Sharma, and Kumkum Mohod defeated South Korea 5-3 in the final at the Okazaki Chuo Sogo Park Multipurpose Square in Okazaki.
