    Q. An instrument that derives its value from a specified underlying [currency , Gold, stocks] etc. is called as ……..?

Sir very good job.But I have one suggestion, when some people give comments that some of the answers are wrong pls try to check the answer once again and update the same in the answers.otherwise our comments are not useful for you and for everyone else.I know it is a very difficult job.but most of the times very few people read the comments under the quizes you post.So they only read whatever answers were given there, out of which some might be wrong.I am writing this not to hurt you or point out at you.Its only bcos I am great fan and does'nt want somebody else to point out at you.

    Sir,
For question 2, simultaneous sale and purchase of securities to reduce loss on purchase is hedging. Arbitrage is milking the opportunity to buy and sell securities having difference in prices in two different markets. I n arbitrage, people buy at low price and sell at high price pocketing the pure profit.
