Millions of his followers gather at his resting place Chaitya Bhumi, located in Mumbai to pay tributes. This year, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is addressing the followers at Chaitya Bhumi through video conference.

The Indian and Japanese space agencies are planning to launch a joint mission to the Moon, aiming to explore the Polar region.
The mission, which will be known as Lunar Polar Exploration Mission (LUPEX), will comprise of an Indian lunar lander and a Japanese rover.    Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) revealed this mission at the Sydney Dialogue.

Pakistan has conducted a successful test launch of an indigenously developed Shaheen-1A surface to surface ballistic missile.
As per the country, the test was aimed at re-validating certain design and technical parameters of the weapon system. The Shaheen-1A is an extended-range variant of the Shaheen 1 (Hatf 4) missile, with an estimated 900km range.

The United Kingdom recently unveiled its ‘Future Soldier’ modernisation plan, in order to increase its military presence in the world.
The country has released plans to improve manpower serving the military and future investments in weapons. The country’s defence ministry also announced an additional investment in the military equipment worth 8.6 billion pounds ($11.46 billion), during the next decade.

Kaririavis mater lived in the present-day Brazil some 115 million years ago. It was living during the Cretaceous period when the supercontinent Gondwana (which included the South America, Africa, Australia, Antarctica and India) was splitting.
The fossilized remains of Kaririavis mater (an isolated right foot with some feathers) were recovered from the Crato Formation at Pedra Branca Mine, in Brazil’s Ceará recently.
