The book is a combination of historical novel and satire, and is a commentary on the current times. It tells the story of a writer who meets the spirit of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, who then tells his side of the story.

Japan recently inked a deal with the US for the purchase of 400 Tomahawk missiles, versatile long-range cruise missiles. Manufactured in the US, these missiles can be launched from ships or submarines, targeting fixed locations like communication and air-defense sites. Flying at low altitudes, Tomahawks use satellite navigation and TERCOM radar for precise guidance. Propelled initially by solid propellant and later by a heat-efficient turbofan engine, they offer strategic advantages in high-risk scenarios, enhancing Japan’s defense capabilities.

Recently, Himachal Pradesh launched the “My School-My Pride” campaign. The campaign is part of the “Apna Vidyalay” program, which aims to improve education in government schools and support student growth. The campaign also aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP)-2020. The campaign encourages individuals and organizations to adopt a school and provide career counseling, remedial teaching, yoga training, and financial donations. The campaign also encourages retired teachers, professionals, housewives, and other community members to volunteer as academic support mentors without pay.

The Indian government is actively promoting nature tourism at 16 Ramsar sites, including Chilika Lake and Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary. Sultanpur National Park, formerly Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, spans 1.42 sq km in Haryana’s Gurgaon district, recognized as a Ramsar site in 2021. Featuring tropical and dry deciduous vegetation, it hosts over 320 bird species, including the Common Hoopoe and Siberian Crane. This initiative aims to foster conservation efforts and boost local economies at these critical wetland locations.
