Unemployment Figures across Various States

The Periodic Labour Force Survey 2017-18 reports huge variation in unemployment rates across the states.
What does the Survey reveal?
Nagaland has the highest unemployment rate among the states at 21.4% whereas Meghalaya has the lowest unemployment rate at 1.5%.
The states of Goa and Manipur also have high unemployment rates whereas Chhattisgarh and Sikkim are among those with the lowest rates of unemployment.
