UIDAI to get new data centre in Gurgaon
Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the agency which is implementing the Aadhaar project, will get a new data centre at Manesar town in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The centre would serve as central repository for UIDAI to store basic demographic and biometric information of residents while issuing them the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
