    Sir, for ques 1, answer should be D(none of them) because Chairman of Rajya sabha is not elected but it is the Vice President who is elected and he acts as ex-officio chairman of Rajya sabha.Question is asking about election of Chairman.

      because in emergency time their sallery will be reduced
      otherwise no one is present who reduce their sallery

    Q-9)while appointing CJI president consults with judges of SC but while appointing other judges of SC, President has to consult with CJI..please check the answer of Question-9 ..I believe its wrong…please help

    Sir,salary of CJI and Judges can be reduced by the approval of Parliament. So why None of them is the Ans?Why not Parliament.
    And
    question 9) in to appoint the judges of SC, CJI muist be consulted. Whlie apponiting the CJI the president should consult with Other SC judges and Advice is also given by Council of Minister
    please clear the doubts.
    Please Help….

    @Som , yes , the president may describe the reduction of salaries of all the emloyments except himself during financial emergency , he can also reduce or cancel the grants in aid given to the centre at the implementation of article 360.

    I have a doubt in question (6)
    the answer should be 1) president
    as it is nowhere mentioned that we have not to consider the case of emergency while answering this question
    its been asked whether salary can be reduced , yes it can be by the approval of president.
    Please justify.
