    I have been regular with your website since July this year, I find it really informative and useful. I have a small query for quiz no. 282 posted on 6th December 2009 for question no. 5 "Creation of a very strong Centre is a federal feature" according to the answer given, but I think the answer should be Quasi federal feature, please confirm if my understanding is right or wrong.

    Good work! very informative.
    Answer to the above question..Quasi federal defines the division of powers between the centre and the state. But, for Federal, the power fully lies with the central government.Hope this would clarify your doubt.

    @Q5 : federal and unitary form of government is two extreme.Quasi federal means in between these two extreme. India is a quasi federal as many scholar argues. So, answer must be Non federal i.e. unitary.

    Q.14, 110 C.A bill is related to reservation of seats in the panchayats. It will amend the article 243D to increase the quota from 1/3 to 1/2.
