PhonePe, MeitY sign MoU to integrate PulsePro with GatiShakti

PhonePe signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on 20 August 2026 for integration of its enterprise data intelligence platform, PulsePro, into the PM GatiShakti National Master Plan portal. The integration is being coordinated with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics, which works on geospatial and space-based applications for government projects.

PM GatiShakti National Master Plan

PM GatiShakti is a national master plan for integrated infrastructure planning in India. The portal is used for multi-layer planning across transport, logistics, utilities, and other public infrastructure sectors. It combines geospatial data with departmental information for coordinated project planning.

PulsePro Data Platform

PulsePro is PhonePe’s enterprise data intelligence platform, launched on 30 July 2026. It converts aggregated and anonymised transaction data into near-real-time market signals. The platform uses data from more than 700 million registered users and 50 million merchants, and it covers 99% of India’s postal codes.

Data Privacy and Planning Use

The data integrated into the portal remains anonymised, which means individual user and merchant identities are not disclosed. The platform is intended to provide granular and hyperlocal insights for national infrastructure planning, economic analysis, and urban-rural development. Such data systems are used in digital governance, market mapping, and spatial planning.
