Odisha Exports Egg Powder to Austria
Odisha sent its first commercial shipment of dried whole egg powder to Austria on 20 and 21 June 2026. The consignment weighed 22.6 metric tonnes and was exported by OVO Farm Pvt. Ltd., an APEDA-registered company in Bolangir, Odisha.
Egg Powder as a Processed Food Product
Dried whole egg powder is a processed poultry product made from eggs and used in bakery, confectionery, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries. The product has a long shelf life and is traded in international markets as an ingredient for industrial food preparation.
