Government unveils Multi-Disciplinary Terror Monitoring Group in Jammu and Kashmir

The government has unveiled a Multi-Disciplinary Terror Monitoring Group (MDTMG) to ensure coordinate action against terror financing and other terror activities in Jammu and Kashmir. The MDTMG will include representatives from the Intelligence Bureau, CBI, NIA, Income Tax Department and Jammu and Kashmir police. This monitoring group will take action against those who provide covert support to terror activities and will take coordinated action to stop flow of terror funds. The MDTMG will be headed by ADGP CID of Jammu and Kashmir.
