Delhi Launches Udyog Mitra Portal for Traders

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta launched the Delhi Udyog Mitra Portal on 28 September 2026. The portal is a single-window digital platform for traders, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, start-ups, industrial units and investors in Delhi.

Single-window clearance system

The Udyog Mitra Portal is part of the Seva Sankalp campaign, also called Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. It is designed to provide access to government approvals and services through one digital interface. The portal initially integrates more than 50 services from 15 departments and boards.

Digital features of the portal

The portal includes a Single Sign-On facility, a Common Application Form, a Know Your Approvals feature and an applicant dashboard. These features are used for application submission, approval tracking and service access on a common platform. The portal is also linked with the National Single Window System.

Departmental integration and coverage

The Delhi government plans to expand the portal to more than 100 services across 21 departments by the next month. The system is expected to cover more than 8 lakh traders in Delhi, including MSMEs. The integration of state and Central approvals through one interface is a feature of the National Single Window System.
