The Reserve Bank of India’s “Retail Direct Scheme” and “Integrated Ombudsman Scheme” has been launched and dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Under the Retail Direct Scheme, retail investors can buy and sell government securities online. The Integrated Ombudsman Scheme helps improve the grievance redressal mechanism on customer complaints.

The United Nation Climate Change conference – Conference of Parties (UNFCCC COP) 27 would be hosted by Egypt in the year 2022 and the COP 28 would be hosted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2023.
The COP is the decision-making body of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The Convention has 197 Parties and is striving to achieve the goals set out in the 2015 Paris Agreement on climate change.

The Government of India has declared Shirdi airport in Maharashtra as a major airport, under the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Act, 2008.
Under Section 13 of the Act, the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA) would determine the tariff related to aeronautical services rendered at major airports.

The Government of India’s Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances in association with the Government of Uttar Pradesh has organized a Two-day Regional Conference on “Strengthening the State Institutes of Public Administration” at Lucknow.
The objective of the conference was to bring various training institutes on one platform to share best practices and requirements in governance and administrative training.

The Communist Party of China has adopted a landmark resolution commonly called the “Historic Resolution”, which would enable ruling President Xi Jinping to secure an unprecedented third term in office next year and rule China throughout his life.
By adopting this resolution, he is placed equal to iconic past leaders Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping and has become the third leader of China to have a Historical Resolution.
