The Kerala Government has banned the manufacture, sale, marketing and advertising of e-cigarettes (or electronic cigarette) in the state, as its use could lead to cancer and heart diseases. With this, Kerala has become the 4th state in India to ban e-cigarette after Punjab, Maharashtra and Karnataka. E-cigarettes are handy devices that emit doses of vaporized nicotine.
