Which Articles of the Indian Constitution talk of social economic equality?
The Right to social and economic justice is envisaged in the preamble and elongated in the Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles to improve the quality of the life of the poor, disadvantaged and disabled citizens of the society. Article 14(4) and 16(4) of the Constitution are specifically envisaged in the Constitution with intention to remove social and economic inequality and to make equal opportunities available for the unprivileged class.
