Nagaland will host the 22nd Annual Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region Zone-III Conference from 9th to 13th November 2025 at the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. The event is scheduled from 29th October to 1st November 2025. The conference focuses on addressing global challenges of soil and water salinity affecting agriculture and ecosystems. The National Conference on Handlooms & Handicrafts 2025 concluded in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, reaffirming the vision of making India’s handmade sector a key pillar of Viksit Bharat 2047. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Textiles. The two-day event united officials, experts, and policymakers from across India. The conference stressed the need to blend traditional craftsmanship with modern tools and technology to enhance productivity. The National Traditional Textile Mission (2026–31) was presented, focusing on federal cooperation, women-led growth, financial inclusion, and GI-linked branding.

The Second World Summit for Social Development (WSSD-2) is held in Doha, Qatar, from November 4 to 6, 2025. Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya is leading the Indian delegation to the summit. He will deliver India’s National Statement at the Opening Plenary and join leaders in adopting the Doha Political Declaration. India will join other nations in adopting the Doha Political Declaration and take part in a High-Level Round Table on poverty eradication, decent work, and social inclusion. India will showcase its digital and inclusive growth model, highlighting that 248 million people were lifted out of multidimensional poverty between 2011 and 2023.

The first International and 31st Annual Conference of Sahodaya School Complexes was held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. It is the first time CBSE’s premier annual event was hosted outside India. The conference theme was “Rooted in Wisdom, Rising with Vision: Reimagining Education through NEP 2020.” More than 1,000 educators, school leaders, and stakeholders from CBSE-affiliated institutions worldwide participated. It aimed to foster collaboration, share innovative practices, and reimagine holistic education under NEP 2020.

India will host the Global Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit in February 2026 to promote inclusive, ethical, and human-centric AI. The upcoming AI Governance Framework will focus on combining innovation with safety to guide responsible AI use. Under the India AI Mission, over ₹10,000 crore is being invested to make AI beneficial for all sections of society. The initiative highlights India’s role in shaping global AI ethics and ensuring science and technology remain inclusive. It also supports innovation in biofortified crops, bio-fertilisers, genomic research, and clean energy solutions for a developed India.

Recently, Kochi hosted the first BIMSTEC-India Marine Research Network (BIMReN) Conference to promote blue economy cooperation. The conference is a biennial regional platform that connects researchers across the Bay of Bengal region for sustainable blue economy development. It was announced by the Prime Minister of India during the Colombo BIMSTEC Summit in 2022. It supports India’s Neighbourhood First, Act East, Indo-Pacific, and MAHASAGAR policies. The event focused on marine ecosystem health, research innovations, and collaborative policy development for sustainable ocean management.

The 22nd All India Annual TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Conference and Principal Chief Commissioners’ Conclave was recently held at Hotel Taj Lakefront in Bhopal. It was organised by the Income Tax Department of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with the Principal Director General of Income Tax (Administration & TPS) under CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes). A special awareness poster promoting voluntary tax compliance and timely TDS deductions was unveiled.

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) hosted the 3rd International Conference on Green Hydrogen (ICGH 2025) on November 11–12, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The two-day event brought together policymakers, scientists, researchers, and industry leaders to shape India’s green hydrogen roadmap. It was organised with support from the Office of the Principal Scientific Advisor (PSA), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG), Department of Science and Technology (DST), and Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).

In November 2025, Dinesh Bhatia, Ambassador of India to Brazil, inaugurated the 3rd International Ayurveda Conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The conference was jointly organized by Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (SVCC) and Conayur Sao Paulo (Conselho Nacional de Ayurveda). The conference was held from 14–15 November 2025. It marked 40 years of Ayurveda practice in Brazil. Brazil is the first South American country to officially recognize Ayurveda. The 2025 theme was “Diversity and Inclusion in Ayurveda: Caring for Everybody and Every Being”. The event was held under the patronage of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
