Nine Campaigns on Inclusive Development

On National Panchayati Raj Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch nine campaigns centered around the theme of Inclusive Development in Reqa, Madhya Pradesh. These campaigns are intended to have high-impact value and a high potential for Jan-Bhagidari, or public participation.

The Ministry of Rural Development is leading five of the campaigns. These include Samagra Awaas under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G), Financial Literacy at District Level, Promoting Digital Transaction at Gram Panchayat Level, Social Mobilisation of Eligible Rural Women into Self Help Group (SHG) Network, and Pashudhan Jagriti Abhiyan Intensive Awareness Campaign in Aspirational Districts.

Partnering ministries are leading the Swastha Mahila- Samriddha Samaj (SMSS) campaign. Other campaigns include Plantation Drive on River Banks under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Svamita Meri Sampatti, Mera Haq, and Natural Farming with SHG Women campaign.

Monitoring progress with a website and mobile app

To monitor and track the progress of these campaigns, a website has been designed, which will be launched by the prime minister himself. The website will provide updates on various activities under the Samaveshi Vikaas campaigns, key performance indicators, a calendar of events, event-related photos and videos, newspaper clippings, and public opinions in real-time.

A mobile app called “Samaveshi Vikas” has been created to document Jan Bhagidari and public participation. This app is user-friendly and enables the public to share their experiences and provide feedback on the impact and benefits of these campaigns through photos.
