Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill, 2019
Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill, 2019 was introduced in Rajya Sabha on August 5, 2019. This bill provides for reorganisation of the existing State of Jammu and Kashmir and related matters. The bill once becomes at act, would result in bifurcation of Jammu & Kashmir state in two Union Territories viz. Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir.
