Indian soldiers Havildars Lakshay and Ujjwal Kumar Singh won India’s first gold medal at a World Rowing Cup on 27 June 2026. The medal came at World Rowing Cup Stage 3 in Lucerne, Switzerland, in the Lightweight Men’s Double Sculls (LM2x) event.
