India Convened 60th DGP–IGP Conference In Raipur

Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the deliberations at the 60th All India DGP–IGP Conference in Naya Raipur, where national security, policing reforms and emerging threats dominated a rigorous twelve-hour schedule. ‘Bastar 2.0’ Strategy Outlined

Chhattisgarh DGP Arun Dev Gautam delivered a detailed briefing on “Bastar 2.0”, the state’s strategy for the post-insurgency phase after the targeted elimination of Naxalism by March 2026. The plan centres on deeper security consolidation, enhanced connectivity, expanded governance outreach and economic revival in remote tribal belts.
