India and Pakistan negotiate on Siachen

  • Pakistan and India initiated 2-day talks search for a solution to the dispute over Siachen Glacier, the world’s highest battle field.

  • The Siachen Glacier dispute was highlighted when Pakistan lost 140 soldiers in a massive avalanche that struck a Pakistan Army camp
