Government reconstitutes National Advisory Council
The government reconstituted the National Advisory Council (NAC) headed by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi
It inducted Mihir Shah, Member, Planning Commission, and Ashish Mondal, founder of the Bhopal-based NGO, Action for Social Advancement.
The renominated members are:
- N C Saxena
- Narendra Jadhav
- Pramod Tandon
- Aruna Roy
- A K Shiva Kumar
- Deep Joshi
- Anu Aga
- Farah Naqvi
- Mirai Chatterjee
The tenure of the members of the reconstituted panel is till May 31, 2013.
