    Hi Sir,
    This is really good , in addition you could also mention the type of causative organism (bacteria, virus, worms etc.) in the causative agents as it will be difficult to identify the type of organism from their names.

      Aids is a syndrome mean this wouldn’t cause symptoms of any specific disease it will give various symptoms related to git kidney lungs etc

    I appreciate the effort. but I think you need to include the parasitic disease also which are more common in India. like Malaria, worm infestations etc. because the rural anemia is a big problem in India, caused by hook worm infestation transmitted by out door defecation
    good job..
