The Gujarat Government has recently given its nod to the world’s first Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) terminal at Bhavnagar with a proposed investment of ₹1,900 crore. It will be developed jointly by U.K.-headquartered Foresight Group and Mumbai-based Padmanabh Mafatlal Group.The proposed CNG port terminal will have a capacity to handle 1.5 Million Metric Tonne Per annum (MMTPA).

The Public Service Broadcasting Day (PSBD) is celebrated every year on 12th of November to commemorate the first and last visit of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi to the studio of All India Radio (AIR – Delhi) in 1947. The Father of the Nation addressed the displaced people, who had temporarily settled at Kurukshetra in Haryana after partition.

Sundar Singh Gurjar from Jaipur has defended World Para Athletics Championships title in the men’s F46 javelin throw event. He has also secured Tokyo Paralympic Games quota, along with the bronze winner Ajeet Singh and Rinku in Dubai.Gurjar not only defended his London Worlds 2017 title but also became the only 2nd Indian to have clinched two World Championships medals after Devendra Jhajharia’s gold and silver in 2013 Lyon and 2015 Doha Championships.The F46 category athletes have a single below or above the elbow amputation.

Deepak Chahar has become the first Indian male cricketer to take a hat-trick in T20Is. He achieved this feat against Bangladesh at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur & also took his first 5-wicket haul in T20Is. With the victory at Nagpur, India won the three-match bilateral series 2-1. Here, Chahar won the Player of the match award for the final match and also the Player of the series award. Earlier, in 2012, Ekta Bisht became the first Indian (Man/Woman) to take a hat-trick in T20Is.
