Department Organises National Conference on Laboratory Animal Welfare

The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying organised a National Conference on “Laboratory Animal Welfare: Policies and Best Practices” in New Delhi on 11 May 2026. The conference was convened by the Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals, which functions under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
