Delhi Court orders attachment of Vijay Mallya’s properties

Delhi court has issued an order of the attachment of fugitive Vijay Mallya’s properties in Bengaluru in a case relating to FERA, Foreign Exchange Management Act violations by 10th July, next date of hearing. The court has declared Mallya a proclaimed offender for evading summons in a violation case after noting that he had failed to appear despite repeated summonses.
