Recently, the Supreme Court observed that no individual in India cast their votes based on the education qualifications of the candidate. Therefore, false information regarding the electoral candidate’s education qualifications cannot be considered as corrupt practice.

The New START Treaty is the last remaining nuclear arms control treaty between the US and Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently announced Russia’s intention to suspend the participation in this treaty.
