13 fishermen from Tamil Nadu arrested by Srilankan Navy

13 fishermen from Tamil Nadu were arrested by Srilankan navy. They have been arrested on charges of invading the international maritime boundary. While fishing near Neduntheevu islet in the sea, they were arrested and taken to Kankesanthurai for inquiry. Their 3 mechanised boats have been impounded. According to the ewitnesses, hundreds of other fishing boats were chased away by the naval personnel of the island nation.
