US Citizenship Act of 2021

The US Citizenship Act of 2021 is proposed by President Joe Biden. It seeks to eliminate per-country cap for employment-based green cards. It proposed law to provide for 8-year path to citizenship for 11 million undocumented immigrants. Its other benefits include increased access to green cards for low-wage workers, removal of hurdles for employment-based green cards and work authorisation for dependents of H-1B visa holders.
