SAKSHAM (Shramik Shakti Manch)

SAKSHAM (Shramik Shakti Manch) is a pan-India job portal launched to eliminate middlemen/labour contractor by providing necessary information about labourers’ skills and demands of MSMEs and other industries across the country. The portal uses AI and algorithms for providing geospatial information on demand for and availability of labourers and their skills. It is expected to create 10 lakh blue collar jobs, increase local job opportunities for labourers and reduce migration.
