The Museum of the Future in Dubai was recently opened for the public view. It was inaugurated by the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.
The museum claims to transport the visitors to the year 2071, to coincide with the centenary of the founding of the UAE. It is a seven-storey, pillar-less structure, spanning an area of 30,000 sq m. It is designed as a laboratory designed to promote innovation among leading scientists.

The third edition of ‘Gender Samwaad’ was organised by the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development.
Over 3000 State Mission staff and Self-Help Group (SHG) members from 34 states attended the session. The theme for this edition was ‘Promotion of food and nutrition security through women’s collectives’.

Tripura government has announced a new scheme named “Mukhyamantri Chaa Srami Kalyan Prakalpa”.
It aims to ensure social security of over 7,000 tea garden workers of Tripura. The scheme assures housing, rations and financial support to the tea garden workers. It also provides them with facilities of state and central government schemes in a consolidated format.

Puducherry Government recently launched ‘Digital School Health Platform’, to digitise the health records of around 2. 4 lakh students.
The software has been developed with the assistance of Axis Bank. Under the initiative, the nutrition level of students can be checked to find if they are anaemic and early intervention could be done accordingly.

DBS Bank India has recently announced the launch of its Green Deposit Programme for corporate clients. It aims to provide an easy method for companies to support environmentally friendly projects.
The Green Deposits programme combines all the benefits of a regular fixed deposit with a commitment from DBS Bank to support green and sustainable loans disbursed by the bank.

As per the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), the total entrepreneurial activity rate increased to 14.4 per cent. It includes adults of age 18-64 who either started a new business or ran a new business.
The GEM survey was led by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad and informed by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

A Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) employee Prafull Singh has created Guinness World Records for recording the fastest time to travel to all metro stations in the city.
This makes him the first person in the world to travel to all 254 stations of the city covering 348 km in just 16 hrs and 2 minutes.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari recently launched green hydrogen-based advanced fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV).
Named Toyota Mirai, it is the first-of-its-kind project in India that aims to create an ecosystem for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles in the country. It is powered by hydrogen and is completely environment-friendly.

A massive Saharan dust cloud turned the skies red-orange across Spain. After the dust filled parts of Spain, a warning of extremely bad air quality was issued for Madrid.
Spain’s weather service described the dust storm as “extraordinary and very intense”. It also predicted that the dust storm will continue through on the day to come.

Hurun India, the famous Research and luxury publishing group released 2022’s Global Rich List, in association with realty firm M3M.
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani took home the ‘Richest Man in India and Asia’ title, becoming the only Indian to feature in the Top 10 2022 M3M Hurun Global Rich List with a USD 103 billion net worth. He also won the ‘Richest Telecom Entrepreneur’ title.
