European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecast (ECMWF) recently announced that the average global temperatures during the initial days of June exceeded pre-industrial averages by more than 1.5 degrees Celsius.
This occurrence marks the first time that the 1.5 degree Celsius threshold has been surpassed during the summer season.

High Courts of Allahabad and Delhi affirmed that the right to change one’s name is a fundamental aspect of the right to life under Article 21.
The Allahabad High Court allowed a man to change his name, emphasizing the constitutional rights granted under Articles 19(1)(a), 21, and 14, while the Delhi High Court permitted two brothers to reflect their father’s changed surname on their educational certificates, emphasizing the connection between the right to identity and the right to life under Article 21.

She won the Rashtrapati Award for her work on Neera, a palm extract that could fight malnutrition among children from tribal communities in India.

The funds were received by the State Bank of Pakistan. Pakistan’s economy is at the verge of default and the IMF is pushing the country to fulfil its many demands for providing bailout package.

It was instituted by Bharat Jagruthi, a cultural organisation and extended arm of Bharat Rashtra Samithi. Acharya Gopi has so far penned 56 books including 26 compilations of poems.

India’s compound archer Abhishek Verma clinched a gold medal at the Archery World Cup 2023 stage 3 in Medellin, Colombia.
The 33-year-old Abhishek Verma defeated the 2019 world champion James Lutz of the USA 148-146 in the final. This is Abhishek Verma’s third individual gold medal in the Archery World Cup.
