IAF Contingent comprises of four Rafale, two C-17, two ll-78 aircraft, and 165 air warriors. This would be the first overseas exercise for the IAF’s Rafale aircraft.

Tamil Nadu Assembly has recently adopted a resolution urging the Centre to extend quota for Dalit Christians.
The resolution urged the Centre to amend the Constitution to extend statutory protection, rights, and concessions, including reservation, to Scheduled Caste members who have converted to Christianity.

National Civil Services Day was first celebrated on April 21, 2006. April 21 was chosen because it is on this day that the first Home Minister of Independent India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, 1947 addressed the probationers of Administrative Services Officers at Metcalf House in Delhi.

Prime Minister Modi recently appreciated this initiative by the Culture Ministry.

The ‘Asia-Pacific Leaders’ Conclave on Malaria Elimination’ will be organized in New Delhi by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in partnership with the Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance (APLMA) as a precursor to World Malaria Day.
Its goal is to reaffirm political commitment to achieve malaria elimination by 2030.

Russian lender Sberbank released technology called GigaChat as a rival to ChatGPT. GigaChat is an AI chatbot that was launched recently by Russian lender Sberbank.
It is capable of communicating intelligently in Russian than other foreign neural networks.

As many as 28 States / UTs have adopted the National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS) for Land Records.
As per the Ministry of Rural Development’s Department of Land Resources (DoLR), e-Registration is being done in these States/UTs as they have started sharing data with the national portal of NGDRS.

Mana, a village situated at the Indo-China border in Uttarakhand, will be now known as the first Indian village. Earlier, it was known as the last Indian village.
Mana, located in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district shares a border with China. The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) placed a signboard at the border village of “Mana” in Uttarakhand, declaring it to be the “First Indian Village.”
