Centenary Celebration of Ol Chiki Script
The President will attend the centenary year programme commemorating the discovery of the Ol Chiki script at Disom Jaher in Karandih, Sundernagar. Cultural Importance of Ol Chiki
Ol Chiki is a distinct indigenous script that serves as a vital medium for Santhali literature, education and cultural expression. Over the decades, it has emerged as a strong symbol of tribal identity. The centenary event underscores national recognition of indigenous knowledge systems and linguistic diversity.
