Myocarditis

Myocarditis is a heart condition characterised by inflammation of the cardiac muscle (heart muscles) which decreases the heart’s ability to normally pump blood. In severe cases, it could lead to loss of consciousness and the patient starts showing signs of cardiac failure. It is caused by a number of reasons such as a viral infection.
