Little Bloodtail (Lyriothemis acigastra) is a dragonfly species found in India. In the past, the species was sighted in Tibet, Myanmar, Bangladesh and northeast India. This insect is less than 4 centimetre long with transparent wings. The male is blood-red in colour with black marks and the females are yellow instead of red.
