CRISPECTOR

CRISPECTOR is a new software tool capable of quantifying potential CRISPR-induced errors. CRISPER is a technology that is used to edit genomes by altering DNA sequences to enable modification in the gene functions. The newly developed tool analyses gene sequencing data obtained from CRISPR experiments and provides statistical models determining and quantifying the gene editing activities. This ensures that the genome editing is safe while using for medical purposes.
