Constitutional amendment introduced : To keep SC at 9 seats

As the democrats have expressed an interest to expand the Supreme Court justices, the republicans are moving to keep it at 9. A resolution is to be passed by the republicans to keep the SC justice count to 9. It is very difficult to enact the amendment as it would require to win two – thirds of both the houses and also by three – fourth of the states. However, the constitution currently allows to expand the justices if required.
